SERVICES

Face-to-face Therapy Sessions

Enjoy the privacy of my comfortable office for your therapy sessions. Isn't there just something magical about the genuine presence of another person? At Bright Minds, you will receive 100% non-judgmental presence in your session. I am here for you.

Bright Minds currently helps people with the following issues in face-to-face therapy:

  • Anxiety

  • Life transitions

  • Depression

  • Relationship concerns

  • Stress management

  • Self-care

  • and more...

Online Therapy Sessions

Online sessions are live-video format (think Skype or FaceTime) with extra security to protect your privacy. With virtual sessions, you can enjoy the same one-on-one presence that traditional therapy offers, but from the comfort of your own home.

Curious what virtual sessions can do for you? Look above at the list of topics we've helped people with in-person. Live virtual sessions offer the same level of treatment and care as in-person sessions.

Virtual sessions are available to all residents of Wisconsin. That's right! You can be hours away and still receive the quality therapy you deserve from Bright Minds.

Interactive Journaling

Interactive journaling is similar to message based therapy. Bright Minds provides you with a secure, confidential online space to directly message your therapist about whatever you choose. Then, at least once per day, your therapist will reply with kind, honest feedback and support. This can be a great supplement to your therapy sessions, or can stand alone. Through interactive journaling, we've helped people with:

  • managing stress

  • relationship changes

  • building self-confidence

  • improving daily life satisfaction & balance
